“A Love Lost Life — The Unauthorized Story of Marlon Brando”

You know him as one of the greatest actors of all time, but aside from his roles in A Streetcar Named Desire, Apocalypse Now, and the Godfather, you’d be hard-pressed to come up with facts about Marlon Brando’s life. For background on the man as a father, husband, and lover, check out “A Love Lost Life — The Unauthorized Story of Marlon Brando” at Cuillo Centre for the Arts (201 Clematis St., W. Palm Beach).

The play documents Brando at various stages in his life (skinny, puffy, and full-on fluffy) and focuses primarily on his relationship with Christian, one of Brando’s 11 children. You might remember Christian, he was the son who made headlines in 1990 for shooting his sister’s lover. Excpect scandal, betrayal, and a man with a hearty appetite.
